Timings:

Documents for attestation of Power of Attorney (POA) could be submitted from 9 am-12 pm on Monday and Tuesday and their collection could be done from 3-5 pm on Thursday and Friday except for holidays.

Fees:

Fee payment slip of online transaction to be submitted with the application or Fees could be paid by credit/debit card at the counter in the High Commission, New Delhi ( Fee details can be accessed by click here “Fee Schedule“).

Requirements:

Power of Attorney (POA) by Pakistani Nationals in India
  1. Proof of ownership of the property of executants(s).
  2. Original CNIC/NICOP of the executants(s) with a photocopy.
  3. Copy of the visa of the executants(s).
  4. Mobile Number of the executants(s).
  5. Two fresh passport-size photographs of each of the executants(s).
  6. Photocopy of the CNIC of Attorney in Pakistan.
  7. Mobile Number of Attorney in Pakistan.
  8. NoteThe executants(s) will have to show their original CNIC/NICOP & will sign and impose a thumb impression on the document on each page in the presence of a Consular Officer at the time of submission of Power of attorney (POA) for attestation.
Power of Attorney (POA) by Indian Nationals
  1. Power of Attorney on Stamp Paper (Attested by Ministry of External Affairs).
  2. Proof of property of executants(s).
  3. Original Aadhar Card/Passport of the executants(s) with
  4. photocopy.
  5. Mobile Number of the executants(s).
  6. Two fresh passport-size photographs of each of the executants(s).
  7. Photocopy of the CNIC, Passport, and photo of Attorney in Pakistan.
  8. Mobile Number of Attorney in Pakistan.
  9. For the Attestation of POA, the documents shall be submitted in person and they should be complete in all respects.
