NOCs for Marriage Registration, Medical Treatment and Repatriation/Burial of Mortal Remains of Pakistanis

Timings:

Documents for NOCs could be submitted from 9 am-12 pm on Monday and Tuesday and their collection could be done from 3-5 pm on Thursday and Friday except holidays.

Fees:

Fee payment slip of online transaction to be submitted with the application or Fees could be paid by credit/debit card at the counter in the High Commission, New Delhi ( Fee details can be accessed by click here “Fee Schedule“).

Requirements:

NOC of Marriage Certificate

 

  1. Application for issuance of NOC.
  2. Original Nikkah Namah or NADRA Marriage Certificate.
  3. Should be attested from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad, or any of its regional camp offices (Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, and Quetta).
  4. Letter from Collector and Marriage Officer/First Class Magistrate in case of Marriage Registration of the Groom and Bride in India.
  5. Copies of Passports.
  6. Copy of CNIC of Pakistan Bride/Groom as applicable.
  7. Copy of Indian Visa/LTV of Pakistan National and Adhar Card in case of Indian National.
  8. Proof of address in Pakistan and India i.e Educational Certificate/Utility Bills.
NOC for Medical Treatment
  1. Application.
  2. Documents from the concerned Hospital.
  3. Copies of Passports.
  4. Copies of Visas.
  5. Photos (donor & patient).
NOC for Repatriation/ Burial of  Mortal Remains (dead bodies)
  1. Written request.
  2. Death Certificate from Hospital.
  3. Copies of Passports and Indian Visa/LTV.
  4. Copy of CNIC/NICOP/CRC.
