All Pakistanis residing in India and Pakistan-origin Indian nationals are requested to register with Pakistan High Commission, New Delhi by filling in the Form for Registration of Pakistanis/Pakistan-origin Indians.

They could download this Form by clicking this link and email the filled-in Form to [email protected] or hand over the filled-in Form at the consular/visa counter while utilizing the services at Pakistan High Commission, New Delhi. The Form can also be downloaded from the Mission’s website in “Download Forms” in the Consular Services Tab/Icon.

Registration by the Pakistanis living in India and Pakistan-origin Indians would help the High Commission, New Delhi to better serve the community.
