The 410th annual Urs Mubarak of Hazrat Mujadid Alf Sani (RA) was held at Sirhind Sharif, in which a group of 127 Pakistani Zaireen also participated. Mr. Aizaz Khan, Charge d’ Affaires, Pakistan High Commission, New Delhi also gave his respects at the shrine of a 16th-century Islamic scholar who is known for rejuvenating Islam through his writings.

After laying the traditional chaddar on behalf of the people and Government of Pakistan, Charge d’ Affaires and the zaire offered special dua for Pakistan’s progress and prosperity.

The Charge d’Affaires thanked Sajjada Nasheen Khalifa Syed Mohammed Sadiq Raza and the local administration for facilitating the visit of the Zaireen. He also paid rich tribute to Hazrat Mujadid Alf Sani (RA) for his services and contribution towards Islam.

Each year, Pakistani Zaireen attend the annual Urs Mubarak of Hazrat Mujadid Alf Sani (RA) under the framework of the 1974 India-Pakistan protocol on visits to religious shrines.
