In an exclusive interview with ABP News, Pakistan High Commissioner Abdul Basit on Tuesday spoke about Indo-Pakistan relationships and the unrest at Line of Control, which is a matter of huge concern for both the countries. Basit began speaking on Kulbhushan Jadhav´e execution case and said that as per an agreement signed between India and Pakitsan, a consular access could be provided in a case like Jadhav´s only on merital basis.
