High Commissioner Sohail Mahmood met with the Secretary General, Commonwealth, The Rt Patricia Scotland QC, during an instruction she organised on 13 December 2017 for New Delhi-based Commonwealth High Commissioners. The High Commissioner exchanged views on matters related to the upcoming Commonwealth Summit and Pakistan-Commonwealth relations.
