High Commissioner Sohail Mahmood visited the National Defence College (NDC), New Delhi, on 12 September 2018, and addressed the Course participants on the topic of Pakistan’s strategic objectives. During the visit, the High Commissioner had broad interaction with the course participants, Faculty members, and the Commandant.
